Service-specific terms, including service level agreements (SLAs), pricing, and usage limits, are governed by separate agreements executed between AuthLN and its customers.

AuthLN's Pay Factor Authentication technology is protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,956,366, U.S. Patent No. 12,118,550, and additional pending patent applications.

5. User Submissions

Any information, feedback, suggestions, or materials you submit through our website or to our team ("Submissions") become the property of AuthLN. You grant AuthLN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your Submissions for any purpose. You represent and warrant that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
